Foresters Financial Product Information Recurring Text Message Program Terms and Conditions

By opting-in to the Program (as defined below), you agree to these Foresters Financial Product Information Recurring Text Message Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Forester’s Privacy Policy.

Program Description: Foresters provides periodic text message updates to its advisors with regard to products or promotions that advisors might offer to their customers (the “Program”). Messages are sent no more frequently than weekly.

How to Opt-In: You may opt-in to the Program by visiting https://communications.foresters.com/1479365-en-ca-text-optin-form , providing your cellular telephone number in the space provided and agreeing to terms presented on the website (including these Terms and Conditions).

How to Opt-Out: You may text “STOP” to 77270 to opt-out. Once you opt-out, we will send a single confirmation opt-out and will then cease sending you text messages from 77270 unless you opt-in again. Opting out of text messages from 77270 will not opt you out of other text messages you may have elected or will elect to receive from us. You may also opt-out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE."

Support/Help: In case of questions, email marketing@foresters.com or call 800-267-8777. You may also text “HELP” to 77270 to receive a text message with our name (Foresters Financial) and an email address and number to which you may direct questions.

Supported Carriers: Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include Fido, Telebec Mobilite, Mobilicity, TELUS Mobility, MTS, Videotron, NorthenTel Mobility, Virgin Mobile Canada , Public Mobile, WIND Mobile, Roger Wireless, Eastlink, SaskTel Mobility , among others.

Delivery: We do not guarantee that you will receive any text messages under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text message. Your carrier and Foresters are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by Canadian residents who are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

Program Termination: Foresters reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
