Patricia Colavita

Pat Colavita joined Foresters Financial™ in 2007, as AVP Risk Management and was appointed as Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor in 2012. In this position she is responsible for auditing Foresters operations in the US, Canada and the UK.

She has over 20 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, including roles as Director Risk Management at Canada Life and Accounting Manager at Allianz. Pat started her career as an Auditor at Deloitte.

Pat is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA.CA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and is certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Pat contributes to the insurance industry and her profession by volunteering as an Executive Committee member of the LOMA Internal Audit Section. She belongs to the Audit Executive Center of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association).
