Biography
Andrea Frossard
Andrea Frossard was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Foresters FinancialTM in October 2024. She leads the Sales, Product Management and Marketing areas to build on the strong functional synergies across North America to deliver profitable growth and optimize results.
Before joining Foresters, Andrea accumulated an impressive background in the life insurance industry, most recently as the Senior Vice President, Par Insurance Solutions at Canada Life. Her diverse expertise in the insurance industry spans several critical areas including non-par insurance solutions, actuarial marketing and large-case services, individual retirement product development and pricing, individual insurance and investment products research, reinsurance and group large cases.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Windsor and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
Beyond her professional achievements, Andrea is deeply committed to community service. As a long-time faithful participant in the London, ON Brain Tumour walk, she embodies the values of purpose-driven leadership, which aligns with Foresters commitment to giving back. She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and for creating opportunities for mentoring, networking and encouraging up-and-coming female leaders.
