Getting in touch is easy - What would you like to do?

If you have a savings Plan (ISA, Junior ISA, Child Trust Fund and/or a Savings & Investment Plan) you can update your details online through your MyPlans account.

Login to MyPlans  Create your MyPlans account

If you are updating an address for a child’s Plan, please call our Customer Services team. We are currently working on upgrading this feature within MyPlans to allow you to update this in your account in future.

If you have a Pensions or Protection Plan and would like to update your address or contact details, please call our Customer Services team.

If you have changed your name, we will need to see either an original or certified copy of supporting documentation such as a marriage certificate or change of name deed. We cannot accept a normal photocopy or scanned copies without certification.

To certify a document, a professional must state it’s a true copy and add their name, occupation, address, signature and date to the document. If multiple documents are being provided, all copies need to be certified.

The following persons or organisations can certify a document;

  • Minister of Religion
  • Doctor/Nurse/Dentist
  • Teacher
  • Registrar
  • Financial Adviser
  • Accountant
  • Police officer
  • Solicitor
  • Post office employee through a certified service
  • Bank or Building Society employee

The person you ask should not be:

  • Related to you
  • Living at the same address
  • In a relationship with you

Become a Registered Contact of a Child Trust Fund: If you have parental responsibility or are aged 16 or over, you can apply to become the Registered Contact for the Child Trust Fund. Please complete the form and return to us at FREEPOST Foresters Financial, Forester Life, 2 Cromwell Avenue, Bromley BR2 9BF.

If there is already a Registered Contact for the CTF, please contact our Customer Services Team (open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm).

Contributions can be made to a Plan online through your MyPlans account.

Login to your MyPlans account or make a gift payment online (you will need the child’s Plan number and date of birth). Find out more >

Contributions to a child’s plan can also be made over the phone. Call Customer Services on 0333 600 0333 (open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm).

Alternatively, download and complete the CTF contribution form or Junior ISA contribution form and send to FREEPOST Foresters Financial, Forester Life, 2 Cromwell Avenue, Bromley BR2 9BF.
