If you have a savings Plan (ISA, Junior ISA, Child Trust Fund and/or a Savings & Investment Plan) you can update your details online through your MyPlans account. Login to MyPlans Create your MyPlans account

Change of name
If you have recently changed your name we will require sight of documentation showing this, such as a change of name deed or marriage certificate.This can be done by sending in the original document as proof or alternatively a certified copy as we do not accept photocopies or scanned copied unless they are certified.
To certify a document you can go to either of these professions or organisations. The person certifying the copy must state that it is a true copy, and then add their name, occupation, address, signature and date.
The following is a list of persons and organisations that can certify a document;
- Bank or building Society official
- Councillor
- Minister of religion
- Dentist
- Chartered Accountant
- Solicitor or notary
- Teacher or lecturer
The person you ask should not be:
- Related to you
- Living at the same address
- In a relationship with you

Child Trust Fund and Junior ISA Maturities
Once you turn 18 you will have access to your money. You will need to make your decision online within MyPlans. You can choose to reinvest the money into an ISA, withdraw the money, or a bit of both.

Contributing to your Plan, or making a gift payment to a child’s Plan is simple, just make sure you have your (or their) Plan number to hand.
